About Me
My name is Cristina Lombardozzi and I want to share my passion for health, food, fitness and family!  I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Spin and TRX instructor, and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach.  It is so gratifying to have the opportunity to meet new people and partner with them on their inspiring journey to wellness.  Whether sweating it out on a spin bike with a class, challenging someone to go just one more mile, or discovering a fantastic new healthy recipe, I am so blessed to have such a rewarding passion.
My intention is to share with clients all I have learned and experienced in my personal training and fitness instruction along with proper nutrition/fuel guidance to optimize results!  I also want to help parents provide their kids with the best nutrition, as kids today are too often over-fed and under nourished.  Changing the declining health trends in our communities starts in the home and we can begin today. I want everyone to feel successful no matter where they are in life - taking the first step toward wellness or continuing on a positive path with support and guidance.

My Approach
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I have worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, Spin and TRX instructor for 12 years.  My clients range in age from 17 to 70 years old.  I have worked to meet their individual needs and goals with personalized programming.  I will meet you where you are and encourage you to take yourself to the next level of fitness and overall wellness.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. I have worked with over 100 clients who have taken charge of their health. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
